Our cancellation policy

You have a refundable rate reservation, but, unfortunately, you have to cancel your stay? No problem, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. And if the deposit is already paid? Nothing is lost: we will provide you with a voucher equal to the amount credited to us (which is equivalent to 30% of the booking cost), to be used within 6 months of the issue date. For cancellations with notice of less than 14 days before arrival, the value of the deposit will be charged.

In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the price of the unused nights will be charged.

What if the booking is at a non-refundable rate? In this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. It will not be possible to make changes to the period of stay.
